My Running Secret
It’s very important for your muscle recovery to foam roll before and after each run, long or short!
Biggest Motivation for Long Runs
Imagining a nice long , relaxing hot tub afterwards.
How has heart disease touched you?
My father-in-law is a stroke survivor and unfortunately, many of my close friends have lost a parent to heart disease.
Why is running important to you?
My wife and I both try to live an active, healthy lifestyle and running is my go-to activity. I enjoy challenging myself to run further, faster while burning off any stress from my day. I like to ski, travel, and spend time with my family and friends; running is the personal time that I need so I can devote more of my energy to the people and things that I love.
Motivated? Inspired? Please support Travis’s goal with a donation to the AHA!
